Ramsay was born on 6/20/2023 in Scotland and traveled to the US in Sept 2023. She is anticipated to be a great addition to our program. Both of her parents have excellent conformation, and actively work in the field. She also has both field trial winners and field trial champion's on both sides of her pedigree.
Ramsay has a sweet, gentle temperament, loves to retrieve and her obedience and trainability are top-notch. She has already been on a couple of hunting trips and shows incredible instincts and drive. She copies everything her older sister Finley is doing!
Per her DNA results (below) she will be ~60 lbs full grown. She will also have a lighter red coat (intermediate red) that is classified as a light shedder (MC5R - TT). She is clear of all Golden Genetic conditions that embark tests for and is also clear of ICH 2 (Pawprint Genetics) which means we will have a lot of flexibility when selecting a mate.
Ramsay joined her older sisters River and Goose in training on January 10, 2024 where she will train for hunt test (maybe field trials as well).
