River was born on 5/21/2022 in UT - Hielan Goldens.
She is out of MH (Master Hunter) Champers Vi Of Wm Farms & JH (Junior Hunter) FBGR Hielan's Bonnie Copper. Pictures of both parents are at the bottom of this page.
She is a fearless, spunky, focused, athletic girl that loves to work. She has a great off switch and has become quite a snuggle pup, which makes her a great family member also! She will literally watch a movie from beginning to end. She is obsessed with the TV. She started Hunt Test training in Jan 2023 and is doing very well. She earned her HR (Hunting Retriever) Title at 22 months old! She is home for a nice break and will be bred with Bucklee this summer. We will get back to training to earn her HRCH (Hunting Retriever Champion) and MH (Master Hunter) Titles next year!
She is right on par with her DNA results (below) - she's an athletic petite (55-56 lbs), dark rich coat girl. Her coat is short and flat, her feathering is minimal; and is very low maintenance (brush after water work or every other week). Her drive, spunk, and determination make up for her smaller size.
River's OFA's have been completed. She has Normal Heart, Eyes & Elbows, and Excellent Hips. She is also ICH2 clear. You can view her certificates below.

Titles: HR Title earned 3/24/2024 (4/4 passes earned). We will be working on her 4 remaining passes for her HRCH title and her MH title after her summer 2024 puppies move to their forever homes.
